There were central heating, a personal safe, and pay TV in the room, greatly enjoyed that. It was equipped with bathtubs. The location was particularly good and excellent, close to everything, perfect for long term👌

The location is favourable, the staff is affable. The airport is 12 miles away, easy to get to.

It made my trip to Hayward a very nice experience. The staff was OUTSTANDINGLY ACCOMMODATING, the room was inviting, everything was really good. I thoroughly enjoyed that the hotel was 16 minutes drive from the airport.

Loved this hotel, had 1 good day here. The staff was helpful and amicable throughout the day. Our room was big and had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a microwave oven. The bed was comfortable, no problems with sleep. The location was particularly good, close to everything, convenient to go everywhere.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, allowing us to check in early and providing us with all the information we needed about breakfast time, checkout time, and hotel amenities such as the fitness room and laundry facility. We also felt very safe and secure here, thanks to the 24-hour parking lot security. Plus, the breakfast was always fresh and delicious, making it a convenient option for a quick meal on busy days.

The room was spacious with a complete kitchen and a comfortable bed. The staff at the reception were very nice and helpful. One of the best aspects of the hotel was the fitness room with top of the range facilities, perfect for keeping fit and healthy during my business trip.

The breakfast was bad with limited options. The bread and waffles were hard, and the eggs had no cheese.

The clerk was helpful and thorough, explained amenities, allowed early check-in, safe and clean accommodation, spacious room with complete kitchen.

It seems that the phone in the room wasn't working and was never fixed, and bed making and linen changes only happened if requested.
